## Description

The Python Lead will be responsible for leading the backend development using Django and Databricks. They will design scalable, secure APIs and microservices, integrate Azure Cloud services, and guide a technical team through architecture decisions, code quality, and delivery., * Lead the development of backend systems using Django/Databricks.

 * Design and implement scalable, secure APIs and microservices architecture.
 * Integrate Azure Cloud services for application deployment and management.
 * Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
 * Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
 * Optimize database performance and manage data storage (SQL and NoSQL).
 * Ensure high performance and security standards; participate in architecture design and technical decision making.
