As a member of the IT team, you will administer tools like Jira Service Management, Slack, and Zoom, and partner closely with the IT Systems Architect on infrastructure-level decisions while independently owning the collaboration tooling and automation layer. This role is on the IT team and reports directly to the Head of Workplace Technology & Operations. What You'll Do Collaboration Tools Administration (35%) * Administer Jira Service Management, including projects, workflows, request types, and automation rules * Administer Slack and Zoom at an organizational level, including app/integration management and provisioning Workflow Automation & Process Improvement (30%) * Identify manual, repetitive, or inefficient internal workflows and design automated solutions (e.g., Jira automation rules, Okta Workflows, scripting) * Partner with team leads across the org to translate workflow pain points into automated technical solutions Support & Documentation (20%) * Provide tier 2/3 support for issues escalated from the helpdesk queue related to collaboration platforms * Develop and maintain documentation for tool configurations, workflows, and automations Cross-Functional Technical Partnership (15%) * Collaborate with the IT Systems Architect on infrastructure and architecture-level decisions that intersect with collaboration tooling * Coordinate with software vendors to implement new features and evaluate new tools * Other duties as assigned, Please know that no one ever meets 100% of the preferred qualifications.
