## About the Role

Technical Expertise

 * 3-5 years of experience in .NET development
 * Strong experience with Oracle or other relational databases
 * Experience developing applications using React
 * Proven experience building enterprise applications and system integrations
 * Hands-on knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and batch processing applications
 * Experience with Kafka for real-time and batch integrations
 * Familiarity with integration technologies including:
 + RDBMS Connectors
 + JMS
 + REST Services
 + File-based Integrations
 + Schema Registry
 * Working knowledge of API integrations, MQTT, and Unified Namespace (UNS) technologies
 * Understanding of software architecture and solution design
 * Experience with Azure DevOps and containerization technologies
 * Familiarity with tools such as Visual Studio, VS Code, Toad, and SQL Developer
 * Exposure to document databases such as MongoDB or Redis

We are looking for a passionate .NET Developer (3-5 years' experience) who is eager to grow into a technical leadership role while driving the modernization of critical manufacturing applications. You'll be part of a team that's moving legacy mainframe applications into modern, scalable solutions while helping shape the future of manufacturing technology.

What You'll Do

 * Develop and enhance enterprise applications using .NET technologies, React, and Oracle databases
 * Play a key role in modernizing legacy systems and migrating applications from mainframe platforms
 * Design and implement scalable architecture and integration solutions
 * Build APIs and support real-time data exchange using modern integration technologies
 * Partner closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
 * Lead Agile ceremonies, facilitate Scrum activities, and coordinate with both onshore and offshore development teams
 * Support manufacturing operations through innovative and reliable IT solutions
 * Contribute hands-on to coding initiatives initially, with increasing opportunities to act as a bridge between business and technology teams
