Desired Experience * Integration of weapons systems, sensors, and C2 capabilities, including crossplatform interoperability. * Experience delivering advanced battle management and C2 capabilities aligned with jointforce operations and JADC2. * Background with enterprise IT, datalinks, communications, and networking systems. * Knowledge of DoD acquisition regulations, including FAR. * Familiarity with AFLCMC processes and policies. Required Education * Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, or related technical field. * Master's or PhD in a technical field preferred. (MTSI) is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support a highvisibility Air Force program at Joint Base AnacostiaBolling (DC) or WrightPatterson AFB (OH). This role provides engineering and acquisition support for enterprise IT systems, commandandcontrol capabilities, and related technology programs. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering advanced battle management and C2 capabilities aligned with jointforce operations and JADC2. Responsibilities Program Support & Engineering * Provide engineering support for Air Force program management activities. * Assist with developing program objectives, roadmaps, schedules, and budgets. * Support technical reviews, design integration, and testing. Documentation & Analysis * Prepare statements of work, specifications, briefs, and engineering reports. * Analyze vendor proposals within legal and regulatory guidelines. Integration & Acquisition Support * Contribute to technical R&D, acquisition planning, and program implementation. * Support cost, schedule, and performance management across program phases. Compliance & Oversight * Assist with JCIDS products, CONOPS, architectural views, and security certification requirements. * Provide input to acquisition strategies and program transition planning. Roadmaps & Stakeholder Engagement * Communicate technology roadmaps and integration plans. * Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
