The ideal candidate will have strong SQL development and data integration experience, with a solid understanding of data modeling, query optimization, data quality, and performance troubleshooting., * 4+ years of SQL experience working with OLTP, Data Warehouse, and Big Data databases. * 4+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or SQL Developer. * 2+ years of experience writing medium to complex SQL queries and stored procedures. * 2+ years of hands-on experience with Denodo. * Strong experience with SQL query optimization and performance tuning. * Experience developing and supporting REST and SOAP API data services. * Strong troubleshooting skills related to data quality and performance issues. * Experience working in Agile development environments. * Experience using Jira or similar ticketing/project management tools. * Experience with GitLab or other code versioning tools. * Strong understanding of data modeling, including dimensional modeling concepts. * Strong understanding of data integrity concepts. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. * Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills * Exposure to ETL tools, particularly: + Informatica + Ab Initio * Previous experience with Python development. * Previous experience with Master Data Management (MDM) tools. * Big Data experience with technologies such as: + Hadoop + MongoDB * Experience with PostgreSQL/Postgres. * Experience working with Cloud platforms and cloud-based data environments. * Experience with enterprise data integration and virtualization solutions. * Experience supporting high-volume and complex data environments. ## Description The Denodo Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop virtual data integration solutions, analyze and optimize existing integration queries and views, proactively troubleshoot long-running queries, and develop monitoring processes for the Denodo Platform.
