## About the Role

* 3+ years of Help Desk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support experience
 * Strong experience with general PC troubleshooting, including hardware, software, and operating system support
 * Experience supporting Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals
 * Experience troubleshooting and supporting network and local printers
 * Strong customer service and communication skills
 * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
 * Experience supporting virtualized desktop environments (VDI/Citrix/VMware Horizon) is a significant plus, but not required
 * Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and ticketing systems
 * Knowledge of basic networking concepts

## Description

Kforce's client in Austin, TX is seeking a Help Desk Technician with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on technical support experience to provide end-user support in a fast-paced environment., * Provide first-level technical support to end users

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues
 * Resolve incidents and service requests through a ticketing system
 * Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams when necessary
 * Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions
 * Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
