## Description

The Senior Time Management Consultant will support ongoing enhancements, optimization initiatives, and production support activities for Costa Rica Time Management processes., * Analyze and implement time management enhancement requests.

 * Support attendance and absence management processes.
 * Review and optimize time evaluation rules and configurations.
 * Perform impact analysis for process and system changes.
 * Create functional specifications and support technical teams.
 * Coordinate testing activities and defect resolution.
 * Support integrations between Time, Payroll, HR, and third-party systems.
 * Assist with audit and compliance requirements.
 * Provide production support and issue troubleshooting.
 * Support continuous improvement initiatives.
