## Description

The Senior SAP Time Consultant will lead the assessment, design, and implementation of time management solutions supporting Suriname operations as part of the Payroll & Time Consolidation Program., * Analyze current time collection and time management processes.

 * Lead design sessions for attendance, absence, and scheduling requirements.
 * Review existing time management configurations and custom developments.
 * Support implementation of standardized time management processes.
 * Define and document business and functional requirements.
 * Support integration design between time solutions, payroll, HR, and finance systems.
 * Assist with testing strategy, test execution, and defect resolution.
 * Support deployment planning and post-go-live stabilization.
 * Work with payroll teams to ensure accurate time-to-pay processing.
