 * Experience with Windows and Linux server administration.
 * Experience with Active Directory and enterprise systems management.
 * Knowledge of virtualization platforms and virtual server management tools.

## Description

* Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade network, server, storage, telecommunications, and infrastructure systems across multiple locations.
 * Respond to outages, escalated support incidents, and infrastructure-related service requests.
 * Administer Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, virtualization, network, security, backup, and access management systems.
 * Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, wireless devices, and VoIP systems.
 * Monitor infrastructure systems and troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and availability issues.
 * Implement infrastructure improvements, upgrades, patches, automation, and security controls.
 * Create and maintain system documentation, network diagrams, configurations, procedures, and incident records.
 * Support infrastructure projects, vendor coordination, change management, and capacity planning.
 * Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and escalation support for complex IT issues.
 * Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to maintain reliable, secure, and effective technology operations.
