The Scrum Master partners, coaches and mentors Product Owners, engineering, design and analytics team members, and stakeholders to ensure practices, tooling and collaboration are consistently applied and optimized. The Scrum Master facilitates all PI and Scrum events, including PI planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring work is delivered within time-boxed iterations. Using Client''s enterprise tools, they help the team track and communicate progress, remove impediments, and maintain focus on delivering value aligned to business priorities. This role requires a strong understanding of departmental, segment, and organizational strategies, as well as how team outcomes connect to broader operating objectives across the portfolio ecosystem. Work assignments are varied and may involve interpreting goals, navigating ambiguity, and independently determining appropriate courses of action. The Scrum Master operates with minimal supervision, making informed decisions regarding work methods while following established guidelines and procedures. Guidance is provided as needed, particularly in complex or evolving situations.
