Minimum 1 year of technical support experience in a call center environment 1. Proven hardware/software troubleshooting experience with ability to think and troubleshoot logically and act decisively in critical situations 1. Proven experience providing effective and professional communication, addressing moderately complex technical issues, ideas, and results via telephone, email, and chat 1. Solid understanding of IT concepts/practices and comprehensive knowledge of personal computers. 1. Experience supporting AWS, OCI, Azure, and GCP 1. Experience with account administration in a Microsoft Active Directory, Azure/Entra environment 1. Ability to handle majority of requests without additional assistance, following established procedures and using available knowledge base and support tools provided to follow issues through to a proper resolution. 2. High school diploma or GED 3. Must be a US Citizen and able to maintain a Public Trust. Desired Skills: 1. Microsoft DFS experience, Powershell 2. Microsoft Azure/Entra familiarity 3. Technical certifications such as A+, N+, Sec+ 4. Knowledge of help desk software and tools 5. Familiarity with AWS, Azure, & OCI ## Description Description The TCloud Service Desk, based out of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, currently has an opening for the position of Computer Operator II. Our Service Desk serves as first point of contact for the Treasury Cloud environment, ensuring 24 by 7 support is available for customers. Candidates must be flexible to work any within our hours of operation, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. This position typically works a five-day, 40-hour work week. Work from Home first environment. Qualifications 1. Minimum 1 year of technical support experience in a call center environment 1.
