 * Lead and develop the IT Operations team, including project execution, employee performance, and resource management.
 * Oversee IT infrastructure operations, monitoring, patching, backups, and system availability
 * Manage change and incident management processes to ensure service reliability and minimize downtime.
 * Collaborate with Information Security to address vulnerabilities and maintain compliance with security standards.
 * Lead technology projects, coordinate vendor relationships, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
