We're looking for a Test Engineer to join our Manufacturing team and play a key role in the testing and diagnostics of complex electronic sub-systems and circuit cards. This role offers hands-on involvement across the product lifecycle and a valuable opportunity to directly contribute to ensuring the quality and reliability of our advanced defence products. Responsibilities * Provide Test Engineering support throughout the product lifecycle, from concept and development to production release. * Define and support the introduction of test facilities, including developing test specifications, procedures, and operator instructions. * Carry out hands-on testing and diagnostics of electrical/electronic sub-assemblies and circuit cards, investigating and resolving test failures down to component level. * Work closely with design and manufacturing teams to address technical issues and support timely delivery of programmes. * Ensure effective configuration control of test equipment and facilities prior to use. * Record test results and manage non-conformance reports using manufacturing systems such as SAP and MES.
