This application is a suite of microservices used to manage outreach to customers for information, authorisations, etc. The team is distributed across China, India, Poland and the UK. The role involves modernising aspects of the application and expanding it to support additional customer types, customer journeys and new functionality. Responsibilities * Be hands-on, delivering code to production, supporting the architecture and design of the system aligned to a microservice structure. * Be aware of business, engineering and non-functional requirements to help the business grow. * Drive the wider engineering culture across the teams. * Collaborate with a global team where coordination crosses regional boundaries. * Proactively remove impediments, identify risks and communicate issues to program management. * Identify process inefficiencies and implement innovative and programmatic ways to eliminate them.
