Knowledge of Public Sector * Understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing public sector organisations. * Experience working with public sector data. * Knowledge of public sector regulations and compliance requirements., * Must be eligible for Security Clearance. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Commitment to continuous learning and development. ## Description Job Description * End-to-End Solution Ownership: Own the technical solution lifecycle for data science and AI initiatives, from shaping requirements and defining the solution approach through to implementation support. * Advanced Modelling & Analysis: Apply advanced data science and machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems. * Production & MLOps: Design, build, and deploy robust, scalable, and maintainable machine learning models into production environments. Design and implement MLOps pipelines. * Strategic Impact: Contribute to the strategic direction of data science and AI initiatives, identifying new opportunities for innovation and help to shape best practices. * Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand their needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, and communicate findings to non technical audiences in a clear and compelling manner. * Ethical AI & Governance: Ensure the ethical and responsible application of AI/ML models. * Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Mentor and guide junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence. * Research & Innovation: Research and evaluate new machine learning algorithms, statistical techniques, and emerging AI technologies.
