* Strong technical grounding in .NET (Framework and Core), C #, and MS SQL Server. Experience using React and Azure would be desirable.

What you will be doing

 * Leading a development squad, combining hands-on engineering with people management.
 * Owning day-to-day delivery, setting clear priorities and ensuring work moves smoothly from readiness through to release.
 * Providing technical guidance through coding, design decisions, and code reviews.
 * Supporting the growth, performance, and wellbeing of engineers in your team.
 * Ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with System C standards, including safe and effective use of AI-assisted tooling.
 * Collaborating closely with product, QA, architecture, and operations to balance scope, quality, and timelines.
 * Overseeing CI/CD pipelines and contributing to continuous improvement of build and release processes.
 * Leading incident response and root cause analysis for services owned by the team.
 * Supporting hiring, onboarding, and integration of new team members.

What we are looking for
