Director of Commerce Ad Design, and work as part of their team, in some cases managing or working alongside Designers and Ad Design Interns.The Daily To-DoDesign & animate visually stunning and cutting-edge advertising experiences for Kargo's advertising campaigns spanning mobile, desktop, CTV, and social solutions.Employ a user-centered design to create intuitive design solutionsResearch and maintain brand guidelines for clientsCollaborate with Client Service Managers through internal brainstorms & discussions to bring big ideas to life on the mobile screenAdhere to Kargo's ad unit best practice standards in all campaign outputProactively develop ongoing knowledge base of new technologies and products and identify needs and opportunities for additional advertising productsContribute to product ideation with mocks & prototypes of innovative ideas.Design & execute pre-sale ad campaign mocksLead and participate client brainstorms & creative meetings when requestedBe a subject-matter
