Lead Test Engineer

Scott Logic is a leading software consultancy that helps businesses across various industries navigate digital transformation.

Responsibilities

This is a hands-on, client-facing role that involves the full development lifecycle and delivery of mission-critical projects for high-profile global organisations. You'll typically work in small, tight-knit multidisciplinary teams, decoding tough software problems. The team values freedom, collaboration, and pragmatism.

The role is based in our city centre office and may involve occasional travel across the UK.

Qualifications

 * A testing mindset, including critical thinking, healthy scepticism and a desire to help teams improve quality
 * Experience leading testing on a project or across a team
 * A strong background in software engineering
 * Experience in tooling and automation in testing, including implementation
 * Consulting skills including excellent communication, collaboration, and commercial awareness
