Hands-on ServiceNow Technical Architect with proven career progression from Developer * Senior Developer * Architect. The ideal candidate must have a strong, current technical foundation, actively involved in coding, solutioning, and platform design-not limited to governance or advisory roles., Strong expertise in:

 * ServiceNow ITSM Pro, Service Catalog
 * Platform Architecture, Governance, and Best Practices

Hands-on proficiency in:

 * JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer
 * Integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub)

Solid experience in:

 * CMDB, CSDM, ITIL processes
 * Enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
 * Ability to balance architecture design + hands-on delivery

Experience & Qualifications

 * 10+ years total IT experience with deep ServiceNow expertise
 * Demonstrated progression:
 * ServiceNow Developer * Senior Developer * Technical Architect
 * Strong recent hands-on development experience (mandatory)
 * Experience in global/multi-country transformation programs
 * Experience Required: 8-10

* Own end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture (ITSM Pro / Platform)
 * Design scalable, reusable solutions aligned to platform standards & governance
 * Provide hands-on technical leadership across scripting, integrations, and workflows
 * Lead architecture for ITSM, Service Catalog, Employee Center / Portal, HRSD, GRC, SecOps, ITAM, ITOM
 * Define and enforce CMDB / CSDM architecture and governance
 * Drive integration architecture (REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub)
 * Ensure alignment with enterprise design standards, automation, and best practices
