 * Minimum of 3 years of experience with technical experience consisting of operation systems such as Windows
 * Minimum of 3 years of experience providing technical support in an in-person setting

What You'll Do:

 * Demonstrates professional desktop support history with a variety of platforms/systems/applications and tools.
 * Desktop expertise with all aspects of computer functionality, system operation, and infrastructure
 * Operating system expertise with Windows
 * Perform a variety of duties in support of end users for IT hardware and/or software.
 * Set up and configure PC's
 * Image loading protocol
 * LAN/NETWORK connectivity, and basic network connectivity assessment for troubleshooting or setups
 * Strong ICMS (Install, configuration, move, surplus), and network experience
 * Evaluates and tests software programs to verify functionality according to specifications and standards
 * Demonstrates excellent customer service
 * Extensive job-related MS Office suite and outlook usage
