This role is ideal for a hands-on infrastructure specialist who can manage Windows-based systems, strengthen identity and access services, and contribute to reliable IT operations across both on-premises and cloud platforms. The successful candidate will bring strong technical judgment, practical scripting ability, and a proactive approach to system performance, security, and continuity., * Assist with advanced infrastructure technologies such as clustering, Hyper-V, and related Microsoft platform services when required. Requirements * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. * At least 5 years of systems administration experience in a Windows-centric enterprise environment. * Advanced knowledge of current Windows operating systems, including server and desktop administration. * Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Entra ID in hybrid environments. * Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation, administration, and troubleshooting. * Experience supporting technologies such as Microsoft Windows Server, Windows 10, Azure, Intune, SharePoint, VMware, SaaS platforms, or comparable infrastructure tools. * Solid understanding of IT operations best practices, including security controls, storage management, backup processes, cloud services, and disaster recovery. * Strong communication, organization, and planning skills with the ability to document work clearly and collaborate across teams.
