## About the Role

* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Information Systems, or other related business degree with a graduation date between August 2026 and May 2027.
 * Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
 * Must be able to commit to working 40 hours per week starting on one of the following dates: January 11th, 2027 or June 14th, 2027.
 * Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) and not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
 * Must have reliable transportation for daily commuting to and from the office.
 * Must be willing to travel and relocate between sites for your rotations, as well as be mobile beyond the rotational program to support your career development.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint.
 * Demonstrated strengths in analysis, creative problem-solving, communication, interpersonal relationships, self-motivation, and leadership., * Previous internship, co-op, or relevant project experience.
 * Demonstrated leadership experience through student organizations, work experiences, athletics, volunteer activities, or other involvement.
 * Demonstrated ability to bridge technical concepts and business needs through coursework, internships, projects, or leadership experiences.
 * Interest in digital product development, technology strategy, product management, software solutions, or technology leadership.
 * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
 * Ability to think strategically and connect technology solutions to business outcomes.
 * Demonstrated initiative, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for learning new technologies and solving complex business challenges.
 * Strong interest in long-term career growth and development within Polaris.
