We are looking for a Manager to lead a team of customer-facing Enterprise Technical Leads while also directly owning a subset of our most complex enterprise engagements. This is a player-coach role, combining people leadership with hands-on technical ownership. You will be responsible for developing a high-performing team of Enterprise Technical Leads, while operating as a senior technical leader on high-priority customer work. This role is critical to scaling both our people and our delivery capability . As a player-coach, you directly influence outcomes at two levels: the success of your customers and the growth of your team.
