## About the Role

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

 - 4-5 years of Information Technology experience

 - Experience implementing technical solutions and managing project deliverables

 - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

 - Experience working directly with clients and project teams

 - Ability to document technical work and project activities thoroughly

 - Strong communication and collaboration skills

 - Familiarity with ITIL concepts

 - Ability to lead technical project implementations and maintain project ownership - Previous experience as a Specialist II (1.5-2 years preferred)

 - Experience mentoring junior technical resources or Solutions Specialists

 - Experience identifying automation opportunities and process improvements

 - Experience developing technical deployment standards

 - Advanced cloud, networking, security, Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, or AWS certifications

 - Professional Services or Managed Services experience

## Description

Day-to-Day:

 - Lead and execute technical implementations for client projects

 - Serve as the primary technical resource on assigned customer engagements

 - Coordinate project milestones with project managers, clients, and internal teams

 - Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet customer expectations

 - Consult with project managers and clients to successfully deploy technology solutions

 - Maintain ownership of assigned projects and escalate specialized work when necessary

 - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout implementations

 - Collaborate with internal teams and provide technical guidance to Solutions Specialists

 - Create and maintain detailed project and technical documentation

 - Ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards

 - Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

 - Participate in developing and documenting deployment standards and best practices

 - Maintain technical skills and certifications aligned with company requirements

 - Support customer satisfaction objectives and project success metrics, Insight Global is seeking a Solutions Engineer for a leading IT Managed Services and Professional Services organization. This candidate will serve as a lead technical resource responsible for implementing complex technology solutions and driving customer projects to successful completion. The ideal individual is a hands-on engineer with strong client-facing skills who can collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and technical teams while maintaining ownership of project deliverables.
