This includes state and federal civil courts, as well as bankruptcy and appellate courts. The Docketing Specialist is responsible for calendaring in a wide array of practices, with a primary focus on litigation docketing. They need to be highly dependable with the ability to provide excellent customer service under continuous workload and daily deadlines. Schwabe has a hybrid work policy allowing employees to work from home Monday and Friday while working in the office Tuesday through Thursday.
