 * Deep understanding of:

 * Payroll schemas
 * PCR development and troubleshooting
 * Wage type configuration
 * Retroactive accounting
 * Payroll posting and finance reconciliation
 * Statutory payroll compliance

## Description

The Lead Payroll Consultant will be responsible for leading all payroll-related activities supporting the Suriname Payroll Consolidation initiative., * Lead payroll design workshops and solution discussions.

 * Analyze and document current payroll processes, configurations, and customizations.
 * Review and optimize payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll rules.
 * Support payroll consolidation and standardization initiatives.
 * Define business requirements and functional specifications.
 * Coordinate payroll testing activities including SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll Runs, and Deployment Validation.
 * Support payroll reconciliation and defect resolution.
 * Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and vendor teams.
 * Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices.
 * Provide knowledge transfer and support transition activities.
