Preferred Soft Skills * Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities tailored to complex architectures. * Clear communication skills to bridge technical gaps with Business Analysts. * Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. ## Description We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Integration Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level integrations between our LifePro and our Pega platform. In this role, you will be the bridge between core legacy insurance systems and modern digital workflows.
