## About the Role

* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline with 14+ years of experience
 * Four years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree, * An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
 * Experience assisting with development & execution of test procedures for software components
 * Experience working in an Agile software development environment
 * Experience with the following software development skills:
 + Git
 + Java, C++, and/or Python
 + Relational database, such as Postgres

Desired Qualifications:

 * Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
 * Experience with:
 + Docker/Kubernetes
 + HAProxy
 + Nginx
 + Elastic Stack

## Description

As a Software Engineer at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics you will be responsible to:

 * Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and enhance software solutions
 * Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects
 * Facilitate alignment and clarity on goals, outcomes, and timelines
 * Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
 * Work closely with the Chief Engineer to define feature specifications and build products
 * Conduct design and code reviews.
 * Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
 * Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
 * Complete medium to large features (each with many tasks) independently without guidance.
 * Identify and drive changes as needed for assigned codebase, product area, or systems.
