## About the Role

Strongly Preferred Experience:

Hands-on NALCOMIS systems administration experience.
NTCSS administration/support experience.
Experience supporting OOMA and/or OIMA.
Experience supporting U.S. Navy aviation maintenance/logistics systems.
Knowledge of the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP).
Experience administering Microsoft/Windows server and virtual environments.
Experience with database administration, system interfaces, backups and recovery.
Experience with ACAS, IAVA, DISA STIGs and cybersecurity/vulnerability remediation.
Previous experience supporting DoD or Navy information systems.

## Description

Administer and maintain NALCOMIS, NTCSS, OOMA and OIMA systems and associated virtual environments.
Manage servers, virtual machines, system/user accounts, permissions and access controls.
Monitor system performance, server logs, databases, connectivity and system interfaces.
Perform system backups, recovery activities, software updates and baseline maintenance.
Support cybersecurity compliance, including IAVA, ACAS, vulnerability remediation and applicable DISA STIG requirements.
Troubleshoot system, database, connectivity, remote-access and user-account issues.
Maintain NALCOMIS OOMA/OIMA database integrity and system availability.
Support interfaces between NALCOMIS, OOMA/OIMA, RSUPMAST, ERP and related Navy systems.
Assist Navy System Administrators and Database Administrators with technical and deployment requirements.
Coordinate hardware/software installations, upgrades and removals.
Maintain system and hardware inventories and required technical documentation.
Provide technical assistance and on-the-job training to users, System Administrators and Database Administrators.
Provide after-hours support when required for mission-critical system outages.

These responsibilities are based on the PWS's NALCOMIS system-administration and technical-support requirements.
