Reporting to the Director, Global Operations Technical Training, thissenior individual contributorrole is responsible forleadingtheexecution, support,governance,and continuous improvement of training platforms, withaprimary focus on the enterprise Learning Management System (LMS). This role ensures training platforms are reliable, scalable,well governed,and alignedwithbusiness needs. The successful candidate willpartneracrossIT, Operations, Quality, Environmental Health and Safety, and HR/Talent Development to translate training and workforce capability needs into effective platform solutions that support adoption, compliance, operational performance, and continuous improvement. This position will ideally be based onsite at our Bedford, MA or Chaska, MN locations. What You'll Do * Executeplatform governance for the enterprise LMS and related training technologies, including configuration standards, user roles, change control, and documentationthatsupport consistency,compliance, and scalable administration. * Ensure platform stability and data integrity byprovidingoperational oversight forsystem health, resolving escalated issues, coordinating upgrades, and partnering with vendors and IT support teams. * Drive business-side planning for platform enhancements and integrations, including gathering requirements, defining workflows, supporting testing, and coordinating deployment readiness. * Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that streamline platform processes, improve user experience, reduce manual effort, and support scalable training operations. * Partner with regional training leaders and site training coordinators to support effective platform administration and adoption across the organization. * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align platform capabilities with operational, quality, safety, compliance, and talent development needs. * Partnerwith analytics and automationteamstoconnectplatform performance,datainsights,reporting needs,and ongoing improvementopportunities., Not everyone who works for a global company shares the same background, experiences and perspectives.
