Capacity Management Knowledge Strong understanding of: * ITIL Capacity Management processes. * Capacity planning and forecasting. * Infrastructure performance monitoring. * Resource utilization and optimization. * Trend analysis and predictive analytics. * Infrastructure capacity metrics and KPIs. * Hybrid cloud environments, including AWS and Azure., * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). * ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS). * ITIL Foundation certification. * Experience supporting large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments. * Experience in the banking or financial services industry. * Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise monitoring and observability platforms. ## Description We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support and enhance Capacity Management processes within the ServiceNow platform. The role will focus on designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enable infrastructure capacity planning, utilization tracking, forecasting, performance analytics, and operational reporting., The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow development experience combined with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, capacity management, monitoring, cloud environments, and enterprise integrations.
