## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, coupled with 10 or more years of relevant experience; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. \n
 * 5+ years of hands-on experience administering, engineering, and supporting the Nexthink Infinity platform. \n
 * 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, End User Computing (EUC), workplace technology, and/or endpoint engineering environments. \n
 * Proven experience implementing and scaling Nexthink in large enterprise environments supporting 10,000+ endpoints. \n, * PowerShell (required) \n
 * Bash/Shell scripting (preferred) \n
 * Experience designing and developing automated remediation and self-healing solutions. \n
 * Experience building integrations using APIs, web services, and automation platforms. \n
 * Experience integrating Nexthink with ServiceNow, Moveworks or other similar products. \n, * Experience working in complex enterprise environments with cross-functional engineering and operations teams. \n, * Experience with Nexthink AI Drive and Adopt \n
 * Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and asset management. \n
 * Familiarity with Splunk or other observability platforms. \n
 * Knowledge of DEX frameworks, employee sentiment measurement, and Experience Level Objectives (XLOs). \n
