Key Responsibilities * Own and be accountable for project tasks as assigned by project leadership. * Elicit analyses AND gather requirements within the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including industry-specific functions and approaches. * Execute Salesforce CPQ & Billing product configuration across the full product spectrum: product configuration, pricing, approvals, output, metrics, ordering, contracting, invoicing, and payment processing. * Facilitate discovery workshops, document user stories and acceptance criteria, and produce Functional Design Documentation (FDD) and document business requirements related to the quote-to-cash process. * Design and configure scalable solutions within Salesforce CPQ & Revenue Cloud Advanced to meet business requirements. * Provide 2nd and 3rd line functional support for the CPQ & Revenue Cloud Advanced environment, guiding users and resolving functional issues. * Lead workshops and training sessions for business users. * Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the technical solution aligns with the functional design. * Create and maintain functional documentation, including process flows, user stories and use cases. * Provide sound technical and business advice to customers regarding the final solution. * Deliver against clear outcome-based targets with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
