The postholder will develop and maintain databases, analyse patient processes, identify data quality issues and produce timely reports to support operational decision-making and service improvement. Working closely with clinical, administrative and directorate teams, they will help optimise resources, improve pathway efficiency and ensure accurate information is available to support performance delivery.
