## About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing enabling works contractor based in Wakefield (WF1) and are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry & Administration Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis., * Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

 * Good organisational and time management skills
 * Confident using computers and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
 * Ability to work independently and prioritise workloads effectively
 * Reliable, professional, and conscientious approach to work
 * Good written and verbal communication skills

Desirable

 * Previous experience in data entry, administration, document control, or office support
 * Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, or internal management systems
 * Understanding of confidentiality and data accuracy principles
 * Willingness to learn new systems and processes

## Description

* Accurately inputting and updating information across company systems and databases
 * Maintaining electronic and paper records, ensuring information is organised and up to date
 * Processing documents, forms, and administrative paperwork
 * Assisting with data validation and ensuring records are accurate and complete
 * Using Microsoft Excel and other internal systems to manage and report information
 * Supporting the wider office team with general administrative duties
 * Managing incoming emails and correspondence
 * Assisting with document control and filing processes
