Job Description

A Security Cleared (SC) Network Engineer is required to support high-profile end customers. The role involves building and testing on Nokia Alcatel devices within a global telecoms environment.

Responsibilities

 * Build and configure Ethernet Wireline (epipe/pseudowire) services across a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
 * Perform transmission testing of newly installed 100Mb, 1Gb, and 10Gb Ethernet access bearers.
 * Provide remote technical support to field engineers with the installation of ADTRAN (ADVA) managed Network Termination Equipment (NTEs).

Essential Skills

 * Strong understanding of Layer 2 networking protocols, including Ethernet, VLAN, MPLS, and Pseudowire.
 * Hands-on experience with Epipe/EWL service configuration.
 * Familiarity with ADTRAN/ADVA NTE devices.
