## About the Role

* Degree in engineering, science, or computer science (2:1 or above)
 * Strong experience with C++ or C#, plus Python
 * Good understanding of software design principles
 * Strong communication and problem-solving skills
 * Able to manage your own workload and deliver projects independently

Desirable

 * Experience with:

 * Full-stack development (e.g., Vue3, Typescript, Django)
 * Cloud deployments (AWS, Kubernetes/EKS)
 * Machine learning or agentic AI pipelines
 * Basic understanding of FEA/CFD or engineering simulation workflows

## Description

A growing technology business is developing a new internal software platform used by their engineering teams to design, simulate and optimise complex industrial systems. They are now looking for a Software Engineer to help build and scale this platform, working closely with mechanical and aerothermal specialists.
The Role You'll be part of a small, fast-moving team responsible for:

 * Developing and maintaining software modules in C++/C# and Python
 * Integrating internal tools and commercial simulation packages
 * Automating engineering workflows and supporting cloud-based computation
 * Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to solve technical challenges
