## Description

The role involves managing full programme lifecycles, building trusted client relationships, guiding cross-functional teams, and helping shape the future of Oracle-enabled transformation services. The position also offers the chance to contribute to internal capability development, mentor junior team members, and support the growth of AI-driven advisory solutions., * Lead and deliver enterprise-level Oracle transformation programmes across various industries.

 * Define and manage project scope, budget, risk, benefits realisation, and timelines using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods.
 * Engage with C-suite stakeholders to shape transformation agendas enabled by Oracle Cloud ERP and related technologies.
 * Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring exceptional client service.
 * Provide leadership, coaching, and development to project teams, including junior colleagues.
 * Contribute to practice growth by supporting bids, developing commercial propositions, and driving go-to-market activities.
 * Maintain a deep understanding of Oracle and cloud ERP trends to ensure cutting-edge delivery solutions.
 * Drive best practice in project reporting, governance, and delivery assurance.
 * Support the development and management of project delivery tools, templates, and accelerators.
 * Actively contribute to the people agenda through mentoring, talent development, and inclusion initiatives.
