## Description

Lead UX/UI Designer - Investment Banking - Hybrid (Glasgow)

We're looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to lead the design of user-centric tools and platforms in a fast-moving, data-driven environment. This role requires a balance of systems thinking, interaction design, and visual craft, with a focus on creating efficient, accessible experiences for users navigating complex information.

You'll work across the full design lifecycle, from research and ideation through to high-fidelity design and delivery. Expect to collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to ensure that every solution is informed, intentional, and fit for real-world use.

Key Responsibilities

 * Shape end-to-end user journeys that support complex workflows and data interactions
 * Translate research findings and business goals into clear design outcomes
 * Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI designs for web-based applications
 * Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across interfaces
 * Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and implementation
