Client Delivery Lead at RedRock Resourcing

Data Architect - Enterprise

London hybrid - 3x days a week

A leading organisation within the retail domain are looking for an experienced Data Architect to play a crucial role in shaping enterprise data strategy within a large, complex environment.

This role sits at the heart of the organisation's data ecosystem, driving data integrity, governance and security while enabling analytics, reporting, AI, and customer-facing solutions.

You'll design and oversee scalable, high-quality data architectures that support both operational decision-making and long-term innovation.

This is a hands-on, influential role with real ownership over enterprise data architecture, from strategic design through to implementation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

 * Enterprise Data Architecture design and governance
 * Conceptual and logical data modelling
 * Data lakes, warehouses, and repositories
 * Data ingestion, transformation, and integration
 * Retail industry data models and standards
 * Compliance with GDPR, PCI-DSS, and InfoSec standards
 * Collaboration across engineering, analytics, and business teams
 * Extensive experience within Data Architecture & Design
 * Strong experience within Retail, Hospitality or a similar domain
 * Strong understanding of data platforms and enterprise-scale data flows
 * Experience with Oracle and/or Teradata (advantageous)
