What you'll do:

 * Technically lead squads and guide high performing engineering teams on build
 * Architect, problem solve and design solutions end to end, not just ship features
 * Drive improvement across the whole SDLC
 * Work with clients directly (consultative delivery and advisory)
 * Support and shape proposals during early stage bids

What you'll bring:
