The role offers the right person, the opportunity to take technical ownership of this exciting project, working with a local and remote-based team. My client is located in both London, UK & Poland and you can be situated in either country with hybrid working. This is a permanent role and unable to offer sponsorship, paying up to £95,000. As the Staff Software Engineer in this position. You will be responsible for the modernisation of this critical platform, ensuring delivery is on time, without any disturbance to the current performance, data is safe from external cyber threats and reporting into the Engineering Manager, but also working alongside Product, Data, Architects and Software Engineering teams. You can also expect to manage technical debt, tech strategy, lead projects and guide, mentor and develop your junior colleagues.
