This is a technical leadership position that requires hands-on involvement in the full lifecycle of AI/ML initiatives, from problem definition and data exploration to model deployment and active monitoring. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate complex business requirements into effective AI solutions. Your expertise will help shape our long-term technical strategy, evaluate emerging AI/ML trends, and mentor junior engineers.
