* Front-end code that ships. React and TypeScript preferred. Can clone a repo, run it, open a PR
 * Daily use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar)
 * Strong visual craft: type, spacing, hierarchy, restraint
 * Responsive design experience, working alongside a dev team
 * Advanced proficiency in Figma (mastering Auto Layout, components, variables, and interactive prototyping)for exploration and alignment, ensuring designs are structured logically for seamless translation into code
 * Able to run a user interview that produces insight
 * Clear communicator who manages their own deliverable priorities
 * Fast learner, flexible, comfortable changing direction when evidence changes
 * Working Thai and English, * Health, mental health, or another regulated industry
 * Practical use of design thinking, Agile, or the hook model
 * Accessibility and low-bandwidth mobile experience
