Through collaboration with Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and SMEs across multiple teams, they will coordinate data integration and governance efforts that support the MHS GENESIS mission and enterprise data operations. The Data Management Team Coordinator must be intuitive and able to anticipate organizational needs. They must be able to go into an organization and understand how people, culture, and processes work together to identify gaps in data management and fill them with expert care. This candidate will be expected to develop a detailed understanding of enterprise data management concepts and associated technologies as they relate to providing accurate, secure, and interoperable data solutions supporting a large federal health enterprise. This coordinator must be highly motivated, self-driven, forward-thinking, and results-oriented.
