Core Responsibilities * Provide first-level support for desktop, laptop, printer, mobile device, and peripheral issues. * Troubleshoot and resolve common Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 application issues, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office applications. * Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions in ServiceNow. * Install, configure, and deploy desktop computers, laptops, monitors, printers, and other end-user devices. * Assist with new hire setups, hardware refreshes, equipment replacements, and user moves. * Perform basic user account support, password resets, and access-related requests. * Follow established support processes, procedures, and knowledge base documentation. * Escalate complex technical issues to senior support teams when necessary. * Maintain a high level of customer service and communicate effectively with end users. * Meet established ticket handling and resolution goals. * Participate in creating and updating support documentation and knowledge articles. * Adhere to all IT policies, security standards, and compliance requirements., Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
