## About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Engineer with extensive experience in software development across multiple technology stacks, including Java and NET.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TAS (Tanzu Application Service), OpenShift migration, and DevOps toolchains.
This role is pivotal in driving our cloud transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless migration and integration of applications and enhancing our DevOps practices.
The candidate must be hands-on to take on a challenging time sensitive migration of large portfolio of application components.

## Description

Cloud Migration: Architect and execute the migration of applications to cloud platforms, specifically focusing on OpenShift and TAS.
Develop migration strategies, assess application readiness and ensure minimal disruption during migration.
DevOps Toolchain: Implement and manage DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
Platform Integration: Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and development teams to ensure seamless integration and post-migration support.
Provide technical guidance and support to 11.
Ensure successful deployment and operation of cloud-native applications.
Team Enablement: Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills.The candidate will focus on enabling multi-stack application migration to Red Hat OpenShift (OCP) and migrating CI/CD pipelines, modernizing batch jobs.
