Professionals; Certified Scrum Developer. * Extensive experience with technical proficiency in the following technologies, languages or frameworks: + C#, Java, ASP.NET, .NET MVC, Entity Framework. + Angular2+, AngularJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, (X)HTML, CSS, Knockout. + Azure, AWS, Bicep, ARM Templates, general Cloud IaC, Desired State Configuration (DSC). + Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, YAML CI/CD pipelines, Git version control. + Docker, Kubernetes, API Gateway, Swagger (OpenAPI). + SQL, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). + NuGet, Azure Artifacts, Chocolatey. + Power Apps Platform, Power BI. ## Description * Support the design, development, modernization, and sustainment of secure applications across DoD OIG's hybrid IT environments, including implementing cloud-native and cloud-agnostic solutions, supporting application re-hosting, re-factoring, and re-architecting efforts as part of cloud migration and modernization initiatives. * Develop and maintain secure, scalable code using Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices, ensuring compliance with DoD cybersecurity and RMF standards. * Performing unit and integration testing, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and contributing to the development of technical documentation, user guides, and training materials. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including cybersecurity, infrastructure, and database administrators to ensure seamless deployment and operational continuity. * Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, and secure coding practices in multi-domain environments is essential. * Software Development work to include: + Full-Stack Application Development: Architect, develop, and maintain secure, high-performance web applications and microservices using a diverse stack of modern and legacy frameworks. + DevOps & CI/CD Automation: Design, implement, and manage automated build, test, and deployment pipelines using YAML, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and GitLab to ensure continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD). + Cloud Infrastructure Engineering: Provision, configure, and manage cloud environments (Azure) utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, specifically employing Bicep, ARM templates, and Desired State Configuration (DSC). + Containerization & Microservices: Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them via Kubernetes.
