 * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

 * Experience using Python for automation, scripting, or application development.
 * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and automated deployment practices.
 * Experience in cloud migration and application modernization initiatives.
 * Prior experience mentoring developers and providing technical leadership.
 * Experience within insurance, financial services, or highly regulated industries.
 * AWS certifications or other relevant cloud certifications.

## Description

As a Senior Java Full Stack Developer , you will make an impact by designing, developing, and delivering scalable cloud-native applications that support critical business initiatives. You will be a valued member of the engineering team and work collaboratively with architects, developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to build modern, high-performing digital solutions., * Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture

 * Build, maintain, and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services to support business-critical applications.
 * Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services and best practices for scalability, reliability, and security.
 * Collaborate with architects, quality engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
 * Participate in application modernization initiatives and contribute to technical design discussions and solution architecture.
 * Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement performance improvements across applications and services.
 * Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and Agile development methodologies.
