Working knowledge of monitoring systems (Dynatrace, Splunk) and batch scheduling tools (Autosys/Quartz/Airflow)., * Experience adopting automation frameworks and AI-based productivity tools. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills. * Experience with data analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical partners. * A self-starter and innovative thinker with the ability to lead or guide team members. ## Description The Production Support Specialist will play a critical role in supporting Finance Regulatory Reporting (FRR) and CRR Data Sourcing/Adoption by ensuring the stability, resiliency, and scalability of production systems. This role combines traditional application support with modern SRE principles, including automation, intelligent monitoring, AI-driven optimization, and continuous improvement.
